Greater San Jose

Learn about self-driving vehicles soon to be on the road in your neighborhood.

Hi, San Jose.

Nuro is excited be deploying our self-driving vehicles in our home region soon, the heart of technology innovation. We are headquartered in Mountain View, and you can find Nuro vehicles mapping, testing, or delivering items from local stores throughout the Peninsula and greater San Francisco Bay Area. That means fewer trips to the store, safer neighborhoods, and more time to do what you choose.

How Nuro works.

Place a delivery order with one of our partners, then select “self-driving vehicle” when you check out.

Have you spotted a self-driving Nuro Prius in your neighborhood?

Our Prius fleet assists with building high definition roadway maps in new and existing zones, drives autonomously while monitored by specially trained operators, and helps complete deliveries. We use these Prius vehicles (always with operators inside) to test and monitor systems before launching our uncrewed R2 bots in a new community.

Want to ask us about vehicles in the neighborhood, invite someone (or a robot) from Nuro to a community event, or schedule a tour of our office for a school group?
